I’ve recently been thinking of getting bushfire sprinkler system installed just in case, and was wondering how much value that would add to a property in terms of rent (if at all)

I feel like it wouldn’t be much but I was curious and thought I’d check with others

I’m not too sure but most of the time when you are adding extras to a property, it tends to have less value than what you paid for. A good example of this is a pool.

So something like this would probably get more benefit being a feature for a rental vs selling, but I don’t think many people looking to rent care about fire protection.
