Using sale agent images

    I’ve got a property under contract and organising the PM etc. We need to have photos for the listing – are we allowed to use the images used for the sale listing?

    Generally you don’t own the copyright to the images so you can’t use them legally. You do see people do this ocassionally despite this and the sale agent can request they be removed.

    It’s also the upside that PM departments for the sales agents sometimes try to use, saying that you can then use the existing photography otherwise.
