    Is there an easy way to figure out what I need to do to the place before selling? Or a list of common things that you should touch up on before selling?

    Just using a bit of common sense, just looking around and thinking if you would buy the house in its current state.

    Easy places to start would be new paint where needed, as well as cleaning the house inside and out. You can at least shortcut the last one by hiring a professional cleaner to help out.
