I’ve found recently that I haven’t really agreed on how my PM has been doing their job lately.

Not only did they fail to communicate with me that my current tenants are not extending their lease and are moving out, but after that I told them to list the property and it isn’t even on any major ones. Just their personal website.

Not sure if all PMs are like this or if I should find one that takes work more seriously.

Definitely sounds like you should get a new PM the first chance you can get.

Sounds like they are pretty lazy and don’t take you seriously as a client.
