    Are interstate investments a wise idea? Is there any reason to invest outside of where you live besides having somewhere to stay if you travel?

    By choosing to open yourself to interstate investment, you gain access to those markets where you may find that there are areas with growth and potential that aren’t currently available in your local market.

    This also means you need to learn about the property market in that state, but it can be worth it if you can find a good investment.
