How likely is it that you could plan to move into a newly purchased property after selling your PPOR without any problems?
I’ve heard bad stories of settlement delays leaving people without a home for a day or so with a moving truck full of belongings, but how often does stuff like this actually happen?
Doing this is risky, a badly timed delay in the process will frustrate you, as well as cost you money when you need to re-hire a moving van.
It would be better to plan ahead instead of being disappointed when something happens in between the moves and forces you to change your plans.
