    Hello,

I have put in an offer for a house that currently has tenants living there in a fixed lease. Unfortunately I have now found out that they are moving out, and I don’t think that the property in it’s current state will be easy to rent out straight away, and I can’t afford to renovate it immediately after purchase.

Any advice on how I should continue from here would be helpful

If you really want the property, then I would pursue it. If you are just expanding your portfolio, there will be other opportunities to do so.

Some people like to expand their portfolios and invest in properties they don’t like, I personally don’t do that so I would try and pursue anything that I put an offer on.
